Medication Safety
As part of our commitment to resident safety and HIPAA compliance:
- All medications must be kept in the secure office lockbox if required by your Care Plan
- Medication records are treated as protected health information
- Sharing or selling prescription medication is strictly prohibited and is grounds for immediate discharge

- Request amendments to your health information
- Receive an accounting of disclosures of your health information
